From as early as Pearl can remember, she's loved creating.
She would customise her clothes, knowing she'd be the only person wearing them.\u00a0Age 10, she designed her first collection for her mother's little boutique shop in Covent Garden.
She's never forgotten the amazing feeling she felt, seeing the clothes she'd designed, hanging there on the rails.\u00a0In 2001 she launched her\u00a0signature range of cushions, tablecloths and lace curtains. Lace curtains led to lace dresses - and\u00a0she began designing her\u00a0own bespoke collections of\u00a0women's\u00a0and childrenswear, all vintage-inspired and lovingly handmade in Somerset. This\u00a0then led to a three year collaboration with the high street brand Peacocks in 2010.\u00a0
Pearl Lowe has always loved writing and\u00a0producing books, and in 2013 she released 'Vintage Craft: 50 Craft Projects'\u00a0and in 2014 she helped produce a book of healthy\u00a0sweet treats called 'Sweetness and Light' with her lovely daughter
